Centrifugal Casting

Maximum Density, Superior Quality. Our Centrifugal Casting facility harnesses one of nature’s most fundamental forces—centrifugal force—to create metal components with outstanding density and structural integrity. Unlike static casting, this method utilizes a mold rotating at high speed to shape and purify the molten metal.

In this process, molten metal is poured into a rotating mold. The immense centrifugal force presses the liquid metal against the mold wall, solidifying it layer by layer from the outside in. This process effectively forces impurities and trapped gas bubbles toward the center of rotation, resulting in a final product that is extremely dense, free of internal defects, and possesses a fine, uniform grain structure.

This method is ideal for creating high-performance cylindrical components such as bushings, sleeves, and pipes that require maximum strength and reliability.
